Day 2

A lunchbox meal is provided before heading to the pool, where you’ll have your first underwater experience. After this introductory session, you’ll return to your hotel.

Guided by your instructor, you’ll explore the stunning underwater world, encountering diverse marine life while honing your diving skills in a real environment. We will visit the dive sites of either Racha Yai, Racha Noi or the Similan islands.

After the dives, you’ll return to your hotel, where you’ll have free time to unwind. Explore local markets, relax on the beach, indulge in a massage, shop for souvenirs, or simply enjoy some downtime at the hotel.

Following this, you’ll complete final quizzes and multiple-choice exams on dive theory and the Recreational Dive Planner, ensuring you’re well-prepared for upcoming practical sessions.

The focus then shifts to the pool for Confined Water Dive Sessions. Today, you’ll complete your last two Open Water dives, showcasing all the skills you’ve learned throughout the course. We will visit the dive sites of either Racha Yai, Racha Noi or the Similan islands. Dive into breathtaking reefs teeming with marine life as you demonstrate your proficiency in essential techniques, marking the culmination of your training.

After the dives, return to complete any final paperwork and celebrate your achievement with a certification ceremony. Congratulations—you’re now a certified PADI Open Water Diver, ready to embark on future underwater adventures with confidence!

You’ll then return to your hotel, with free time to explore the local markets, unwind on the beach, enjoy a relaxing massage, or simply relax.

Yes, you should know how to swim and be comfortable in the water. To become a certified PADI Open Water Diver, you must be able to swim 200 meters without stopping, and float or tread water for 10 minutes.

The tour starts and ends in Phuket. You should arrive and depart at Phuket International Airport (Code: HKT).

All foreign travellers will require a valid passport. The passport should have a validity for at least six months beyond the completion of travel. Thailand is currently offering visa-free entry for Indian passport holders, but it is recommended to check the latest requirements on the official Embassy website. Yes, airport transfers are included in this tour. These transfers will be shared with you before your travel.

There are no activities scheduled for the first day. The standard check-in time at the hotel would be 1400 hrs, and you can plan your arrival accordingly

It is recommended to leave a gap of 18 hours between scuba diving and flying, so please book your return flights post 12 noon on the last day. The hotel check-out time is usually 11:00 hrs or 12 noon.

Children are not allowed on this Jrny.

Normally, yes! In some cases if the exact hotels are unavailable for any reason, we'll make sure you're put up in hotels that are equivalent to the original in terms of location and facilities. Rest assured, your stay will be as promised.

Please read through the itinerary in detail to understand the intensity of the activities planned. Overall for the tour on a scale from 1 - 5, a fitness level of 3 would be ideal.

Please refer to the daily activities in the itinerary, where the driving distance and duration for each day are given. The longest drive on this tour is approx 1.5 hrs to and from the airport.

Absolutely, a variety of vegetarian meal options will be available. Vegan options may be limited but available.

We try and cater to other diet restrictions as much as possible. But, we do focus on regional local cuisine. So there will be limitations. Please write to [email protected] with your booking number in the subject line to inform us well in advance of any such restrictions.

From February to April, Phuket enjoys dry, sunny weather with warm temperatures ranging from 25°C to 34°C (77°F to 93°F). The calm seas and excellent visibility make it an ideal time for diving and beach activities.

We require a 35% advance payment at the time of booking.

The remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least 75 days before the date of travel.

We have the following cancellation terms for this tour:

Cancellation up to 91 days from the date of travel: 10% cancellation charges (as per the total trip cost) will be levied, the rest will be refunded to you

From 90 - 46 days from the date of travel: 30% cancellation charges will be levied

45 days or less from the date of travel: 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
