Canoe to the traditional Vezo fishing village of Betania for intimate cultural portraits, then journey east to Andasibe’s misty rainforests to photograph the magnificent Indri Indri in its wild habitat. The best part of the trip was the National Parks and Wildlife Sanctuaries visited around Andasibe. The trip was well organized, with satisfactory or better accommodations at all three stops. Provided breakfasts were good. Our driver was excellent and friendly. The guide was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable - but he did not engage much with the group. The vehicle was cleaned and comfortable.

Yes, the longest drive on this trip is approximately 5 hours on Day 5, travelling from Antananarivo to Andasibe after the domestic flight from Morondava.
