A welcome dinner is planned on Day 1. It is recommended to arrive in Leh by early afternoon to allow time for hotel check-in and initial acclimatisation. Standard hotel check-in time is usually around 14:00 hours.

You can depart at any time on Day 6. Please ensure your flight departure is scheduled after the hotel's standard check-out time, which is generally between 11:00 hours and 12:00 hours.

Children under 12 are not allowed on this Jrny. Children aged 12 and above are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

Normally, yes! In some cases if the exact hotels are unavailable for any reason, we'll make sure you're put up in hotels that are equivalent to the original in terms of location and facilities. Rest assured, your stay will be as promised.

While the drives can be lengthy, they offer some of the most spectacular landscapes in the Himalayas.

Yes, vegetarian food is widely available throughout Ladakh, especially in Leh. Vegan options may be limited in smaller towns and villages, so we suggest carrying a few essentials just in case.

We try and cater to other diet restrictions as much as possible. But, we do focus on regional local cuisine. So there will be limitations. Please write to [email protected] with your booking number in the subject line to inform us well in advance of any such restrictions.

Ladakh generally experiences dry weather with sunny days and cool to cold temperatures, particularly during mornings and evenings. Temperatures can vary significantly between Leh, Nubra Valley, and Pangong Lake, where nights are considerably colder. Warm layers, a windproof jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. For the latest forecast, please check a reliable weather source before departure.

Yes. Leh is located at approximately 3,500 metres above sea level, and several locations visited during the trip are even higher. Some travellers may experience mild symptoms of altitude sickness. The itinerary begins with time in Leh to help with acclimatisation. Staying hydrated, avoiding strenuous activity on arrival, and following your doctor's advice can help minimise discomfort.

We require a 35% advance payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least 65 days before the date of travel.
