You should arrive at Helsinki Airport (code: HEL), Finland. The tour concludes in Rovaniemi, so your departure flight should be booked from Rovaniemi Airport (code: RVN).

All travellers will require a valid passport to enter Finland. The passport should have a validity for at least six months beyond the completion of travel. Most travellers will require a visa for entry into the EU/Schengen area which Finland is part of. Yes, airport transfers are included in this tour. These transfers will be shared with you before your travel.

It is recommended to arrive by early afternoon. Standard hotel check-in time is usually around 14:00 hours.

You can book your departure flight from Rovaniemi at any convenient time. Hotel check-out is generally between 11:00 hours and 12:00 hours.

Children under 12 are not allowed on this Jrny. Children above 12 are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Yes, there is a scenic road journey from Inari to Rovaniemi. Other major travel segments are by ferry and domestic flights. The itinerary is designed to balance travel with sightseeing and activities.

Expect true Arctic winter conditions. Temperatures in Lapland often range between -5°C and -25°C, while Helsinki and Tallinn are generally milder. Snow-covered landscapes, short daylight hours, and cold evenings are typical. Warm thermal layers, insulated winter clothing, waterproof footwear, gloves, and hats are essential. The reward is a beautiful winter wonderland and excellent conditions for Northern Lights viewing.

The remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least 65 days before the date of travel.

Cancellation up to 91 days from the date of travel: 10% cancellation charges (as per the total trip cost) will be levied, the rest will be refunded to you.

From 90 - 46 days from the date of travel: 30% cancellation charges will be levied

45 days or less from the date of travel: 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
