Continuing our journey, from the vibrant streets of Lisbon to the sun-soaked shores of Portimão, a coastal jewel in the Algarve region to the serene landscapes of the Alentejo region. Rolling hills and picturesque vistas accompany your drive,. Leave the golden shores of the Algarve, journey through picturesque countryside, and seamlessly cross into Spain and immerse ourselves in the captivating ambiance of Seville. A city renowned for its rich history and vibrant culture. From there, we'll continue to Ronda, an ancient capital that has inspired generations of literary works, offering stunning views and a rich heritage. We'll then discover the mesmerizing city of Granada, known for its iconic Alhambra Palace.

Indulge in a captivating half-day exploration of Lisbon, one of the world's oldest and most enchanting cities. Our journey commences with a photo stop at the magnificent Jeronimos Monastery, a masterpiece of Manueline architecture. Capture the strategic brilliance of the Belem Tower, a sentinel guarding Lisbon's maritime gateway.

The adventure continues with a visit to the Monuments of the Discoveries, a tribute to Portugal's age of exploration, and the iconic Christ the King statue offering panoramic views. Immerse yourself in the labyrinthine streets of Alfama, the historic Jewish quarter, with its charming alleys and lively atmosphere.

Yes, private arrival and departure airport transfers are included in all JrnyOn tours between the airport and the tour hotel. These transfers will be shared with other members of your tour if it is a Social or JrnyMaestro trip.

There are no activities scheduled on Day 1 of the trip. So you can arrive anytime. Hotel check in time varies and generally will be around 14:00 pm.

Departing from Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS) should ideally occur 2 to 3 hours before your international flight's scheduled departure to accommodate check-in and security procedures. Consider factors like traffic, flight type, and weather conditions. It's advisable to check with your airline for specific recommendations based on your destination and circumstances.

Please read through the itinerary in detail. This is a motorbike tour with long days of driving. So on a scale from 1 - 5, a fitness level of 2 would be ideal.

This tour includes lengthy drives, notably from Lisbon to Portimão and Seville to Granada. Travellers should anticipate spending several hours on these drives, traversing scenic routes along the Portuguese coast and through the Andalusian landscape. Adequate planning for rest stops and consideration of local road conditions are advisable for a comfortable journey.

Visitors planning to come to Portugal & Spain are not required to have mandatory vaccinations, as the country currently does not impose any vaccination restrictions.

The local guides and drivers are an essential part of your tour. It is always a good gesture to reward them with gratuities if you are appreciative of their services. There are restaurants in Spain & Portugal, where you might enjoy dressing up a bit. So, sports coats and cocktail dresses are a good addition to your wardrobe. December to March is the winter season and you will require winter clothes including sweaters.

The weather in Spain & Portugal in May, June, September and October range around 13 - 18 Deg Cel. The summer months of July & August can be hot and humid, temperatures ranging around 25 - 35 Deg Cel.
