You should fly into Chinggis Khaan International Airport (Code: UBN) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and depart from the same airport. It serves as the starting and ending point for the tour.

All foreign travellers will require a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months beyond the completion of travel. UK and USA passport holders will get visa on arrival. Indian passport holders can apply for e-visa from the website - www.evisa.mn. Check the latest visa requirements on the official Mongolian Embassy website. Each traveller is responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation.

There are no activities scheduled for the first day. The standard check-in time at the hotel would be 1400 hrs, and you can plan your arrival accordingly

Please book your flight post 6pm, as we have a long drive back from Tsagaan Suvarga to Ulaanbaatar, around 7-8 hours. If your departing flight is on the next day, you have the option of booking a post-tour night at Ulaanbaatar hotel.

Normally, yes! In some cases if the exact accommodations are unavailable for any reason, we'll make sure you're put up in places that are equivalent to the original in terms of location and facilities. Note: The Ger accommodations in will be comfortable tents with shared rooms and common toilets. There are separate toilets for men and women.

The are a few Gers in the camps that have ensuite toilets. The upgrade is USD 60 per person per night.

Mongolia has a continental climate with extreme temperature fluctuations. During spring, daytime temperatures can reach +15°C, while nighttime temperatures drop to around 5°C. Warm layers are recommended, especially for desert nights.

Cancellation up to 45 days or less from the date of travel: 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
