There are no scheduled activities for early arrival. Standard hotel check-in in Arusha is at 14:00, so plan your arrival accordingly.

Your journey concludes with a transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). We recommend booking a flight departing after 13:00 hrs to allow sufficient time for breakfast, hotel check-out, and the transfer to the airport..

Please read through the itinerary in detail to understand the intensity of the activities planned. There are some long walks scheduled. Overall for the tour on a scale from 1 - 5, a fitness level of 2 would be ideal.

Yes, some drives are longer due to safari transfers. The longest is the Serengeti transfer (Ndutu Plains to Central Serengeti), which takes a few hours depending on wildlife sightings and road conditions. All drives are scenic and part of the adventure.

Absolutely, a variety of vegetarian meal options will be available. Vegan options may be limited but available.

We try and cater to other diet restrictions as much as possible. But, we do focus on regional local cuisine. So there will be limitations. Please write to [email protected] with your booking number in the subject line to inform us well in advance of any such restrictions.

December is one of the most pleasant times to visit Tanzania. Expect warm days, cooler mornings and evenings, and occasional short showers. Temperatures generally range between 15°C and 30°C depending on altitude and location. Lightweight clothing, a light jacket, and sun protection are recommended.
