Yes, airport transfers are included on arrival in Cape Town and on departure from Victoria Falls. Transfer details will be shared with you before travel.

You don't have any activity on the first day but the Standard Check-in Time would be 1400 hrs. So you can arrive accordingly.

You can depart anytime. Generally, there are no inclusions on the tour on the last day. The hotel check-out time is usually 11 am or 12 noon.

Anyone over the age of 12 is welcome on this trip. However, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Normally, yes! In some cases if the exact hotels are unavailable for any reason, we'll make sure you're put up in hotels that are equivalent to the original in terms of location and facilities. Rest assured, your stay will be as promised.

This tour requires a moderate fitness level of 2 on a scale of 1 to 5. Most activities involve light walking, game drives, boat excursions, and sightseeing. It is suitable for travellers with average mobility and good general health.

No. This itinerary has been designed for comfort, with most long distances covered by scheduled flights and light aircraft transfers. Ground transfers are generally short and scenic, allowing more time to enjoy each destination.

Yes. Vegetarian options are generally available throughout the journey, including at the safari camps and lodges. Vegan options can also be accommodated with advance notice, although choices may be more limited in remote safari regions.

December and January are summer months in Southern Africa. Expect warm to hot temperatures in Cape Town, the Winelands, Botswana, and Victoria Falls, with daytime temperatures generally ranging between 22°C and 35°C. Occasional afternoon showers are possible, particularly in Botswana and Zimbabwe. Lightweight clothing, sun protection, and a light jacket for early morning safari activities are recommended.

The remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least 75 days before the date of travel.

From 90 - 46 days from the date of travel: 30% cancellation charges will be levied
