Yes, airport transfers are included in this tour. These transfers will be shared with you before your travel.

There are no scheduled activities during the day, but we recommend arriving by the afternoon to settle in. Standard hotel check-in is at 14:00 hours. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner in Guwahati, so arriving earlier will allow you to join this experience.

You can depart at any time on the final day. The hotel check-out time is typically 11:00 hours or 12:00 noon.

Children under 12 are not allowed on this Jrny. Children above 12 are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Normally, yes! In some cases if the exact hotels are unavailable for any reason, we'll make sure you're put up in hotels that are equivalent to the original in terms of location and facilities. Rest assured, your stay will be as promised.

Yes, vegetarian options are widely available throughout Assam and Meghalaya. Vegan options might be more limited but can usually be accommodated. Please inform us in advance about your dietary preferences.

Assam and Meghalaya experience moderate to warm temperatures with occasional rainfall. Summers (March–June) are warm, while winters (November–February) are cooler and pleasant. We require a 35% advance payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least 45 days before the date of travel.

From 90 - 46 days from the date of travel: 30% cancellation charges will be levied
