Your journey is led by the dynamic duo of Chef Sapna, the Queen of Spices and Chef extraordinaire, and Carolyn Chittilappilly, an accomplished Wellness Consultant and Yoga Educator.

Chef Sapna Anand, known as the “Queen of Spice,” is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained culinary expert, TV host, and bestselling cookbook author. She has captivated audiences with her show Fast Indian Cooking on Discovery+ India & Asian Food Network and her books New Indian Kitchen and Fast Indian Cooking. As a consultant for the Souled Out group and an instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Sunway, she continues to inspire with her innovative approach to Indian cuisine.

Carolyn Chittilappilly, founder of thepranaproject (TPP Ventures), is an internationally certified yoga educator (E-RYT 500), wellness coach, and TEDx speaker. You should arrive and depart from Goa International Airport (Dabolim), airport code GOI. If you are travelling by train or bus, Ankola is the closest train/bus station. From there to the resort at Gokarna, it should cost Rs.500 by auto rickshaw (20 min drive).

If you are an international traveller, you will need a visa to travel to India. Most internationals are eligible for an e-visa which can be applied for at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html. If you’d like assistance with your visa, write to us at [email protected]. If you are an Indian national or travelling from within India, you will not require any separate travel documents. Please carry a valid photo ID with you as you may need it for hotel check-ins.

Travel insurance is mandatory to protect against loss of personal valuables, illness or unforeseen late cancellations. While suppliers make every effort to ensure guests' safety, we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control.

No mandatory vaccinations are required. We advise you to check with your doctor incase you have any personal requirements. Also check with your local clinic or doctor a few weeks before the trip for any change in recommendations.

One group transfer is included for arrival and departure from Goa Dabolim Airport (GOI); the timing will be communicated in advance by our reservations team. Independent transfers can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 6000 per transfer for Sedan and Rs. 7000 per transfer for Toyota Innova. If you are travelling by train or bus, Ankola is the closest train/bus station. From there to the resort at Gokarna, it should cost Rs.500 by auto rickshaw (20 min drive).

The itinerary begins with an airport transfer and check-in at Red Earth, Gokarna. Arrival timing will depend on the group transfer schedule, which will be communicated in advance.

The itinerary ends after breakfast on Day 6 with a transfer to Goa International Airport (Dabolim). Plan for flights departing later in the day to ensure a relaxed departure.

Normally, yes! In some cases if the exact hotels are unavailable for any reason, we'll make sure you're put up in hotels that are equivalent to the original in terms of location and facilities. Rest assured, your stay will be as promised.

The longest drive will be on the first and last days, between Goa International Airport and Red Earth Gokarna. The journey takes approximately 3+ hours depending on traffic.

Gokarna typically enjoys warm and pleasant weather. During most months, daytime temperatures range from 25-35°C (77-95°F), and evenings are cooler. We require a 35% advance payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least 45 days before the date of travel.

We have the following cancellation terms for this tour:

Cancellation up to 61 days from the date of travel: 10% cancellation charges (as per the total trip cost) will be levied, the rest will be refunded to you

From 60 - 35 days from the date of travel: 30% cancellation charges will be levied

From 35 days or less from the date of travel: 100% cancellation charges will be levied
