In Almaty, you dive straight into the city’s lively charm, wander through its cultural corners, and glide up Kok Tobe Hill for sweeping views. A day out to Shymbulak brings mountain air and scenic landscapes, while Panfilov Park offers a peaceful pause.

The journey turns adventurous as you head towards Altyn Emel, where the Singing Dune hums beneath your feet and the desert reveals its quiet magic. In Kolsai, nature steals the show—emerald lakes, striking Katutau and Aktau mountains, and the haunting beauty of Kaindy Lake keep you exploring.

Charyn Canyon adds a dramatic finale before returning to Almaty, wrapping up with vibrant city moments. Join this journey and experience Kazakhstan in all its bold, beautiful contrasts.

Yes, airport transfers are included in this tour. These transfers will be shared with you before your travel.

There are activities planned on Day 1, including a city tour and Kok Tobe visit. It is recommended to arrive in the morning. Standard hotel check-in is around 14:00 hours.

You can depart anytime. Generally, there are no inclusions on the tour on the last day. The hotel check-out time is usually 1100 hours or 1200 hours.

Children under 12 are not allowed on this Jrny. Children above 12 are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Normally, yes! In some cases if the exact hotels are unavailable for any reason, we'll make sure you're put up in hotels that are equivalent to the original in terms of location and facilities. Rest assured, your stay will be as promised.

Please read through the itinerary in detail to understand the intensity of the activities planned. There are some long walks scheduled. Overall for the tour on a scale from 1 - 5, a fitness level of 3 would be ideal.

Yes, there are a few long scenic drives, especially while travelling to Altyn Emel, Kolsai Lakes, and Charyn Canyon. These drives are rewarding with changing landscapes throughout.

Vegetarian options will be available, but might be somewhat limited. The same is true for vegan options

Kazakhstan experiences a continental climate with extreme temperature variations between seasons. Summers (June to August) can be hot and dry, particularly in the south and central regions, where temperatures can rise above 35°C (95°F). Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) bring mild and pleasant weather, with blooming landscapes in spring and colourful foliage in autumn. Rainfall is generally low, with the western and southern regions being drier, while the northern areas receive more precipitation.
